Our goal at Sunstone is to make our products affordable, reliable, and long-lasting. The following policies are to ensure customers are satisfied with all our products.
Sunstone offers a 30-day return policy on all products. Before sending a product back please contact Sunstone to receive an RMA number. The RMA number should appear clearly on the outside of the package. Customers are refunded via check. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all 3rd party products. Additionally, all 3rd party products must be insured when sent back to Sunstone at the buyer’s expense. In some cases, a merchant fee may apply. Equipment damaged by improper use or insufficient shipping precautions will be charged additional fees.
Sunstone Products come with a 1-year repair warranty*. Sunstone will repair all defects in craftsmanship without charge during this time period(except the shipment of the product to the manufactures company or the shipment of the replaced parts to the customer’s premises for at home or business customer repairs). This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of Sunstone products. This warranty does not include consumable items, such as welding electrodes. Sunstone is dedicated to keeping our products operating at peak performance for years to come. Any repairs needed after the warranty period are performed at cost.
Sunstone is happy to ship products internationally. International customers should be prepared to pay their country’s customs, duties, and taxes. Also, international customers should be prepared to pay all shipping costs on any returns and repairs.
