Sunstone’s expertise in providing precision, power, and versatility makes finding the right automotive welding solution easy. Whether the job requires fine control of microspot welds or increased power for larger applications, Sunstone has a welder that meets the needs of many automotive welding requirements.

Our new welder product line has been updated to include added control and technology for increased reliability, safety, and longevity. Operators have increased abilities to create and form the perfect weld, and companies can benefit from knowing their production line is equipped with Sunstone Technology and is able to meet their individual specific needs.

The Precision you need

Sunstone Welders specializes in micro welding and explicitly designs for high levels of precision. When you are working with delicate wires, thin sheets, or precise sensors, Sunstone can give you the accuracy and precision that you need.

The Power You Need

Sunstone Welders provide units with the power to accomplish a wide range of welding applications. Actuators, Electrical Fuses, Fuel injector welding, Assembly line welding, and fine Wire Welding are not a problem and are easily welded.

EV Copper Tab Battery Welder

250i² EV

The Orion 250i² welding system is the most impressive pulse Arc welding system. With the ability to weld aluminum and copper and large thick pieces.

Orion 200i² Welding System

The Orion 200i² welding system is the most advanced Pulse Arc welding system. With the ability to weld extremely small wires, up to large thick molds the Orion 200i² can weld the broadest range of applications.

Linear DC Power Supply

Sunstone’s most advanced Resistance welding system. With the power of an HF Inverter, but the Control and low-end welding capabilities of a Linear DC. The Linear DC includes advanced features that allow for current monitoring, Touch Screen Controls, Saved settings, and handpiece and foot pedal activation.

Tweezer Hand Attachments

Tweezer Hand Attachments are designed for situations when weld force is required to pinch two parts together and an opposed weld head is not feasible due to part geometry or weld locations. Pneumatic or manual actuation allows for quick, repeatable, high force welds that provide consistent quality.

Hand Held Attachments

Hand attachments coupled with a Sunstone welder can provide amazing solutions for your application. Pressure is equally important as energy in resistance welding. The use of a pressure actuated hand attachment allows for consistent pressure with each weld. This will provide optimal welding results, with the freedom of a handpiece.

Weld Heads

We offer a variety of weld heads such as opposed and parallel. They come in various actuation methods including pneumatic or manual cable driven. Our weld heads offer consistent pressure at the weld site and provide easy weld activation for increased productivity.
