Overview and Applications

Bulbs, Lamps, Tubes, and other lighting applications all require precision and repeatability to successfully weld small diameter tubings and thin foils. Commonly welded bulbs and lamps consist of HID, Halogen, Xenon, Incandescent, and other products.

Our welders can be used in bulb welding to weld coiled filaments to lead wires, and to weld contact wires. Other related applications include electron gun assemblies, CRTs, and vacuum tube manufacturing for various types of tube applications.
